Sex and Seniors - Part 1

I am nearly 76 years old. I live with an awesome lover, fortunately. I cannot imagine life at my age without sex; penetration, oral and digital stimulation. I feel like a 18 year old girl with my sexual desires and how they get met. I would urge all seniors to try to fulfill their sexual desires with others or even toys. Toys are great, by the way and can offer assistance if one partner is limited. Just do it, and keep doing it. Do not let the conventional response from other younger folks have any impact on sex. Do it and do it as often as you can.

I am a 76 year old woman. I have been in a relationship with a 63 year old man for 18 months. We are both totally healthy and our sex life is wonderful with no physical problems. However I am concerned how long this can continue. My gynecologist appears to have no real knowledge of geriatric sex. Will I be able to accommodate my partner into my 80s. At the current time he wants to make love Twice a day. I enjoy this and have no discomfort. I am on hormones, estrogen and progesterone. Will this continue into my 80s. My late husband despite many illnesses wanted sexual intercourse until he was about 80 years old. I was however 12 years younger than him. I am now concerned that I will be able to maintain my current relationship with my current partner as I am 13 years older than he is.
